Audit Committee
2010 Audit Committee Goals:
- Continue to create and maintain tools, resources, and best practices that will allow RAPA members to establish and improve their audit processes. This will be accomplished through the following:
- Development of "Auditor Tools, Tips & Tricks" which will include templates/examples of audit test programs, common errors, and links to relevant articles.
- Create basic excel queries which will allow auditors to automate and test large populations of records rather than a sample.
- Use the RAPA web-site to disseminate information to RAPA and non RAPA members.
The Audit Committee has compiled and published RAPA’s first publication, “Operational Risk Management”. The book includes sections on performing on-site and desk audits along with forms, checklists and process and control documentation for new business and retention administration.
